Welcome to the Mindful Manners Etiquette School
At Mindful Manners, we believe that good manners are the greatest foundation for a successful life. Our modern, engaging programs are specifically designed for children and teens from Kindergarten through 12th Grade (Ages 5–18).
We move past rigid, outdated rules to focus on what truly matters: emotional intelligence, respect, and real-world confidence. Through interactive, fun, and age-appropriate lessons, we equip young people with the social tools they need to navigate the world with grace, empathy, and poise.

This module provides a practical toolkit for everyday human connection. We help children and teens overcome social anxiety, practice empathy, and build meaningful friendships.

No boring lectures here! We turn mealtime into an enjoyable, stress-free experience. Children learn how to feel completely at ease at any table, from a casual family dinner to a formal restaurant.

Manners for Boys

Kinder - 3rd Grade
(Ages 5–8)
We make good manners fun and intuitive through games and storytelling. Children learn the basics of table etiquette, sharing, and using their “magic words.”
4th - 8th Grade
(Ages 9–13)
We help tweens navigate changing social dynamics with ease. This track covers confident introductions, phone/tech boundaries, and casual-to-formal dining.
9th - 12th Grade
(Ages 14–18)
We prepare teens for college and career success. High schoolers master interview poise, advanced multi-course dining, and building a strong personal brand.
